Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be made no later than fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the products, by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com and following the instructions of the Customer Service team.
The cost of returns and exchanges in Italy is 10 Euro and shall be covered by the Client. The service cost for returns or exchanges from abroad is charged to the Client and it may vary according to their country.
The Client is invited to contact us at the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org, explaining the reason for the return and providing us with the order number. We will send you the instructions for the return or the exchange and, once the order will arrive at our warehouse, Rosie B. will start the refund procedure or will take care of the new shipment.
Any return or exchange is subject to the following conditions:
• The product must be perfectly intact, odourless and free from traces of wear, make up or dirt;
• The product must be returned in its original box, free of damage and complete in all parts (included external packaging). In this regards it is hightly recommended to avoid the attachment of labels or adhesives on the package;
• The Client shall keep all the original delivery documentation and arrange the return shipment within 14 days of consignment.
In case one of the above conditions wouldn’t be met by the Client, it will not be possible to proceed with the return.
Any refund will be made within fourteen working days from the receipt of the return and the amount, without shipping costs, will be re-credited using the same payment method.
